LONG-CONCEALED RECORDS SHOW TRUMP’S CHRONIC LOSSES AND YEARS OF TAX AVOIDANCE

Donald Trump’s taxes have been a topic of controversy since the speculation that he hadn’t paid taxes. The New York Times now has a hold of Trump’s tax records from the past two decades. The same year Donald Trump was sworn in as President, Trump paid $750 dollars in federal income taxes and the same amount the next year. Furthermore, Trump hasn’t paid income taxes for 10 out of the past 15 years, claiming he suffered more losses than what he actually made. There is also an undergoing audit battle with the IRS over the validity of a $72.9 million tax refund he claimed and received after declaring heavy losses.

Despite the information on these reports, Trump’s lawyer, Alan Garten, said that “most, if not all, of the facts, appears to be inaccurate...Over the past decade, President Trump has paid tens of millions of dollars in personal taxes to the federal government, including paying millions in personal taxes since announcing his candidacy in 2015.”

Germany Has Its Own Dr. Fauci—and Actually Follows His Advice

Christian Drosten is a renowned German virologist, which makes him an expert in coronavirology. He was able to discover the virus’s outbreak before it became a global pandemic. Early January, scientists received confirmation the virus spreading was a coronavirus. Once confirmed, Drosten created a test that could verify whether a person had been infected by COVID-19. His test was presented to the World Health Organization and was then used on a global scale. One country that refused to use the test was the United States, because they created their own but it was full of flaws and inaccurate diagnostics. Because of Drosten’s test, on Jan. 27 Germany’s first case was confirmed and started to deploy safety measures across their country. Germany currently has 287,786 cases and 9,539 deaths, while the United States currently has 7,331,020 cases and 209,556 deaths.
