America’s Most Accurate Firm Makes Next Stunning Prediction
Although this may seem unbelievable, one form in America has been at the forefront of every single major market move of the last 35 years. For example, in 1987 they foresaw the famous “Black Monday” stock crash. They called the exact peak of the first dot com boom. They predicted the housing crisis and the crypto winter. Earlier this year, when no other analyst foresaw a crash, they told Americans to get ready for a big pullback. And these are just SOME examples throughout history. Now they are predicting what is a shock to many Americans, The Second Wave. Although you may think The Second Wave is in reference to COVID-19, it is not. The Second Wave refers to a new crash they expect to see in the market. COVID-19 has changed the world and the market, as it has helped some companies and destroyed others.

North Carolina Football Game against Charlotte Cancelled Due to COVID-19
On Thursday morning Charlotte announced that its football game versus North Carolina had been cancelled.
Although this was very upsetting to many fans, the decision to cancel was made as “a result of a depleted roster due to quarantine following Charlotte’s COVID-19 contract tracing protocol”.
Earlier that week Charlotte reported three positive cases within their team that spread to the 49ers offensive line extremely hard. Fans, coaches, players and all of social media are saddened by this news. Charlotte said in their statement that they apologize for this inconvenience, yet they appreciate North Carolina working with them to reschedule this game.

Biden Claims He May Have Legal Authority to Enforce Masks
Earlier this week, Democratic Presidential Nominee Joe Biden claimed that he believes he would have the authority to advance a federal mask mandate through an executive order. Should he be elected, Biden would legally enforce masks to be worn to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Although it is not confirmed yet, even if Biden was elected as President he would be allowed to sign an executive order.
During an interview he said, “If I did have the legal authority to sign an executive order on masks, I would.”
This is an incredible and legendary claim for Biden to make, especially because of all the mixed feelings Americans have on masks.

NYC Mayor Delays In-Person Learning for Most Students
On Sept. 17, Mayor Bill de Blasio delayed in-person public school openings for most students. Classes were supposed to begin on Monday but instead grade levels fifth through eighth will not begin until Sept. 29. Middle-school and high-schools are delayed until Oct. 1. This decision was not made by the mayor alone though, it was made in accordance with the teacher union leaders. The teachers were worried and came forward with their concerns of over staffing with COVID-19 circumstances. Teachers have agreed and feel satisfied for the most part to begin in person classes with personal protective equipment, regular cleaning and ventilation situations.
