European Countries Set Alarming Covid-19 records
Countries in Europe claimed to have been keeping COVID-19 under control and making sure the number of cases stays low over the past months. The United Kingdom now has the largest count of death by COVID-19 of all countries in the Europe. As of Saturday Oct. 3 there have been 12,872 reported cases of COVID-19, double the amount of the average weekly count.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson stated “This could be a very tough winter for all of us...its going to be bumpy through out Christmas”

First Lady Gives An Update On Her Health After Diagnosed With COVID 19
Friday early morning Oct. 2, President Donald Trump tweeted that he and the First Lady tested positive for COVID-19 and they would be going into treatment immediately. Thy were treated at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Chief of Staff Mark Meadow, says Trump’s health has greatly improved overnight and will hopefully be back at the White House very soon. President Trump is ready to retire to normal activities and return to his duties with the White House staff awaiting their return. Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany states that the White House will not release the number of people who have been tested positive yet the director says otherwise.

White House Secretary Is Diagnosed With COVID 19
After testing negative for COVID-19 consistently Kayleigh McEnany, White House Secretary, recently tested positive on Monday morning but had no symptoms. Kayleigh will begin working remotely and quarantined until she fully recovers. President Trump’s numbers of employees and staff testing positive for COVID-19 are beginning to grow. Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie helped Trump prepare for the debate has also tested positive for Covid-19. Reporters that were at the Supreme Court event last week and at Air Force One have also tested positive for the virus, along with three GOP senators.

Andrew W. Mellon Foundation Launches 250 Million Dollars to rebuild American Monuments
On Monday The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation recently announced it will be spending 250 million dollars in the span of 5 years to build new American monuments and memorials. The U.S has been wanting to get rid of confederate monuments primarily located in the south because of their offensive history. The monument of Christopher Columbus is planned to be removed as well because of him falsely labeling Native Americans and representing a side of America many take offense to. The money will be used to replace unwanted monuments with ones people won't find offensive.

Breonna Taylor's Family Attorney Wants A New Prosecutor
Breonna Taylor's family states their fight for justice is not over. The family has requested the state of Kentucky to appoint a new prosecutor to reopen their case. They say state Attorney General Daniel Cameron, intentionally did not present the case as a homicide and press homicide charges on the three police officers who shot and killed 26 year old Breonna Taylor in her own apartment. The request was sent through an open letter directed to Governor Andy Beshear. The letter came a day after the public release of 15 hours of recordings of a three-day grand jury hearing which resulted in one officer being indicted on wanton endangerment charges, but not for Taylor's death.
