Mask-less Californians will be able to exert their right to vote
People who refuse to wear a mask will not be banned from exerting their right to vote, but they will be moved to a socially distanced outdoor booth reserved for non-mask wearers. Poll workers are ready to receive millions of voters and have been instructed to help everyone cast a ballot. The concern is on what to do if many unmasked voters attend at once because there might not be enough poll workers to assist them. Officers recommend alternative methods like mail-in or early voting as the riskiest part of in-person voting will be the time spent in the line.

Dr. Mark Ghaly, Secretary of California’s Health and Human Services Agency, issued the guidelines in a video conference on Tuesday and said he believes the tier can be reached. However, Disneyland Resort's president, Ken Potrock, believes that those guidelines are "arbitrary" and "unworkable."
