Can The Dodgers Win The 2021 World Series?

The year 2020 was a hectic and intense year. For some it will be a year they will never forget and it is the same for Dodger fans. After 32 years the Los Angeles Dodgers won the World Series. The people of Los Angeles were filled with many emotions as they celebrated the win. The Dodger fans were just ecstatic; especially fans who grew up watching the game with loved ones, this was a special moment for them.
This win was something their fans were anticipating for years and now that it has happened many are wondering if they can pull it off again.
The 2021 baseball season has started and the Dodgers have been on a roll. They won 16 regular season games and with the way they have been playing it seems like they could win another championship.
Last year may have been a particularly short season for baseball but the Dodgers showed up and won. They proved that they have the talent and motivation to do what it takes to achieve the ultimate goal. Since they have experienced what it takes to win they can use that to their advantage for this season. If they continue to train as they did last year and remain in good health, keeping their injuries to a minimum then they could be World Series Champions again.
Despite Kike Hernandez and Joc Pederson leaving the Dodgers, they still have great players that are in perfectly healthy.
Corey Seager is one of the players that is most talked about right now. Seager has been outstanding for the Dodgers and was a huge help in winning the series. In the beginning of the 2020 season Seager was unstoppable. He has been one of the best hitters since he joined the Dodgers. Last season alone Seager had 15 homeruns and was crowned MVP for the NLCS and World Series.
Another star player that really puts in the work is Mookie Betts. Betts has shown nothing but greatness since joining the team last year. In general Betts is an amazing player. In 2018 he won the World Series while playing for the Boston Red Sox. Betts is considered one of the best all-around players in baseball and this is a huge bonus for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Seager and Mookie are not the only star players on the team. Justin Turner, Cody Bellinger, Will Smith, Max Muncy and more put in the work they need to ensure a win. The team has recruited new members that show much promise. What helps is that some of the new members are fresh which is a great advantage for any sports team.
Hitters are not the only component to why a baseball team wins. A baseball team also relies on the pitchers, catchers, infielders and outfielders to do their very best. Of course a team is nothing without a leader and some coaching. If it were not for the guidance of Dave Roberts, Brant Brown, Mark Prior and the rest of the coaches the group would not be as good as they are today.
Fans are excited to see what this 2021 baseball season holds and if the current champions can take another win. As of right now fans cannot say for sure if the team can win but there is still hope for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
