John MacArthur Is Granted The Right To A Full Trial
Mitchell L. Beckloff, Los Angeles County’s Superior Court Judge, ruled that John McArthur and his church would be granted the right to a full trial before it is determined if he and his church broke the law. John MacAruther has been conducting church services for three months despite Governor Gavin Newsom's ban on large gatherings, including church services. L.A County has been trying to close the church and hold MacAruther in contempt for violating orders. MacAruther’s attorney however, argues that the governor’s order goes against the state constitution. The trial is expected to occur in early 2021.

Engineers Believe There’s A High Chance Border Walls Will Not Succeed
Steve Bannon, President Trump’s former Chief Strategist and Brian Kolfrage, the founder of “We Build The Wall”, were arrested for deceiving supporters of the “We Build The Wall” campaign. Millions of dollars were given to build the wall on the border of Mexico. Prosecutors believe that they took a large sum of the money from the campaign for themselves. Bannon and Kolfrage have pleaded not guilty. Javier Peña, an attorney and representative of neighboring landowners, says the wall has “massive erosion”, “cracks in the foundation” and “an eight foot hole under the fence.” He is sure that the wall will be unsuccessful. Tommy Fisher’s company, Fisher Sand and Gravel teamed up with “We Build The Wall” campaign and was responsible for clearing the river bank to build the private wall, but Tommy Fisher said he did not participate in what Bannon and Kolfrage were doing. Fisher has not been officially accused of a crime.
