North Korea warns US of ‘Christmas gift’, but no one’s sure what to expect
North Korea’s leader, Kim Jong Un has given hints to the U.S. that there will be a Christmas gift arriving for us soon. People are mainly confused and unsure of what to expect as the gift can be anything. Some people are concerned with this interpreting it as a sign that North Korea could resume long-distance missile tests as Christmas is coming closer. In a statement translated on the state news agency, Ri Thae Song, a first vice minister at the North Korean Foreign Ministry, who is working on US affairs accused US policy makers of leveraging talks with Kim Jong Un for domestic political gain. No one can be sure if this can be in relation to this statement however. ‘My relationship with Kim Jong Un is really good...We’ll see what happens,” said President Trump.

Preparing the next generation of GPS
GPS is something that many of us use daily. It is the tool to provide us to the right location whether it be in your car or on your phone. Being able to use it for free and the fact that it is fairly easy use captures answers why it is so popular. However, the technology behind the way GPS works is even cooler. The GPS system deploys a constellation of 31 satellites with each beaming a one-way radio signal towards Earth. "Those signals are being broadcast continuously," said Gen. Burt. “And when you're in view of that satellite, your receiver will pick the four best satellites in view. You want one directly overhead and three on the horizon – that gives you the best position." A team of young technicians controls the GPS Master Control Station 24 hours a day, watching over the satellites at Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado Springs. The requests and commands they send can adjust the satellites' positions or check their health.

The “Full Moon” usually has other names and can be referred to as the Full Hunter’s Moon, Blood Moon, or Sanguine Moon. There is a history to how it achieved its famous acknowledgment. Many years ago, Native Americans named this Bright Moon for obvious reasons. “The leaves are falling from trees, the deer are fattened, and it is time to begin storing up meat for the long winter ahead.” This was a sign that winter was coming with the moon coming the same time of the year.
