These fitness applications do not require a debit or credit card, nor does it require a membership, making it easier to fit some time to include a workout without the tedious hassle.

If you are a member to gyms such as Planet Fitness24 Hour Fitness, and Gold's Gym make sure to check their websites for online workouts for a taste of being at the gym, but while practicing social distancing at home!

During this time, it is important to take care of yourself not only mentally, but physically as well. It is never too late to get a jump start to building a healthier lifestyle.
