Local artists unite at the grand reopening of The Wignall Museum of Contemporary Art.

Nineteen-year-old film student Justin La Turno is creating a name for himself and growing faster than some can see. La Turno is a film student at Chaffey College who has overtime created a series of short films using his friends for a cast and music videos for underground bands.
